Every child has the right to quality education through an effective curriculum, manageable class sizes, and needed supplies and programs. Idaho came in at 40th in Education Week’s 2021 state education ranking with a C minus grade. Our children deserve better than a C minus education. Responsible investment in Idaho’s education will better prepare our students for college and prepare them to contribute to Idaho’s economy. Parents must be allowed to guide their children’s education and make the choices as to what works best for each of them.

Idaho needs to maintain a proactive and not reactive stance on infrastructure to manage growing pains. We must invest in our roads, highways, and bridges for Idahoans to travel safely. An effective transportation system is essential for Idahoans’ safety, mobility, and economic opportunity.

Persevering farming and ranching is preserving the integrity and values that Idaho was built on. As a farmer whose families livelihood depends on smart regulation and support for our family farms, I will stand with our farmers and ranchers to make sure that our future generations have an opportunity to carry on these businesses and traditions for years to come.

Idahoans work hard for their money and should be able to keep and spend it how they see fit. Cutting taxes needs to be a priority of the legislature. Many Idahoans are being taxed out of their homes; many others are not able to afford their first home. High property taxes are not healthy for the future of Idaho. 

Idaho has a need for more workers in the field and a need to produce more specialized workers to fill the needs of many businesses and schools. Our economy depends on well-trained and qualified people to take our economy into the future. I stand for programs and technical training to make sure our workforce has what they need to succeed and will vote against new burdensome regulations that threaten a business's ability to thrive. I am proud Idaho is the least regulated state in the nation, I will fight to keep it that way!

I am a firm supporter of the right to own and use firearms for protection and recreation. No politician should take the ability to protect your family away from you. I will proudly champion your right to do so as your representative.

The Constitution of the United States is what has led us to be the great country that we are, and through continuing implementation into our state government we will remain a free and well-run state. I am a constitutional Conservative who will fight for our freedoms and liberties.

Every child has a right to life and should be protected. As a mother of four, I have enjoyed watching each one grow into the unique individuals they are today. I will stand up for the unborn.
